The picture quality is second to none. I’ve had issues with the operating system enough to drop the tv to 4 stars. Sometimes it loses wifi and then the remote will not work properly.

Tv OS have a long way to go

The software is lackluster and an update absolutely killed a few apps until a new one came in a few days later. Also auto sound and picture adjustment is very frustrating for anything but playing video games.
