    it has a sharp picture. the app build-in is very useful. but need some effort to mount it on the wall. delivery is not perfect with the box bottom part wet in a raining day.

    I purchased, reviewed and exchanged several TV's before finally picking the LG CX 77" model. It's been nothing but a huge mistake and now I'm stuck with this TV, since after doing a price match during my return period, the TV is no longer returnable, Best Buy Rules. The TV looks great out of the box, the stand is fantastic, the Earc HDMI 2, connects your TV to receiver for the home theater is awesome. Watching 4K HDR programing is wonderful. Then the nightmares begins. The TV goes to sleep and shows family pictures while watching a show, 10/12 times each night, it keeps shutting down, while I'm typing this note. The LG CX won't even accept and or install the Amazon Fire Stick to HDMI 3, it's a known issue. When watching regular cable, older type shows the picture is horrible. When watching Netflix Dolby Vision content. its way too dark, no adjustments will correct this issue. If you complain, your told the picture "it's the way the creator intended". In addition, I keep getting an error message to use the magic remote. I'm using the magic remote. I purchased another remote, but still getting the error message. When you spend $4000.00 on TV with warranty, you expect it too work better than this one....
