The best TV I have owned. Because of the OLED technology the colors are fantastic for movies designed to highlight visual direction. It is important to know that for the TV to be most effective you want to set it up in a dark room. The more light there is in the room the less effective the color will be. Highly recommend

Had to exchange the TV a couple of times because of banding and a stuck sub-pixel but it is a great deal and Best Buys exchange policy is super helpful when purchasing something this expensive. After a couple hundred hours of use all slight banding went away. Will be a while before I can get a new xbox to test all the future proof features like HDMI 2.1 but so far pleased with this TV. I purchased LG’s extended warranty while registering, instead of Geek Squads warranty.

Remote way too complicated. Too hard to control the red 'arrow', can't fast forward, can't record, haven't figured out how to stream. The clarity is pretty good, not sure the sound bar is hooked up correctly. Some programs come across clearly but many are too dark around the edges, don't have sharp edges. We bought this to take the place of our Vizio (55") which is way easier to use and the picture is as good. We spent like $3,000 more for just the size, I think!

Yes the picture is amazing. However, only when you run it in "vivid" mode. Problem is, is that vivid mode creates more burn in and reduces the lifetime of the screen. I spend more time worrying about burn in than enjoying what I'm watching. When it's in "cinema" or "game" mode, the picture is dull, dim and yellow. I should have just saved my money and stuck with a traditional LED. If you are on the fence, listen to me. It's not worth the extra money to go OLED.

This was a big upgrade from my previous 4K tv The OS is not the best though. The interface is not friendly and has less features than Roku’s tvs

Amazing TV, but we had to exchange the first one as after about a week of use a red line appeared permanently from top to bottom. Otherwise amazing quality.

LG 77 inch.....this is an outstanding TV. Great picture. Apps are available onboard. So far so good. Ask me again in 24 months.

It's next-gen game ready! A ton of features. Very nice picture quality! LG brings out firmware updates! Need I say more!!!

No issues with delivery or anything like that they showed up early in the morning. I haven't owned the tv long enough to encounter any issues but i did go ahead and get the 5 year geek squad protection plan.

Beautiful picture. Its complicated but adjusting as time goes on. We look forward to enjoying this tv in our new living room.
