Omg. This is my first LG purchase I have always bought Sony with the few exceptions of Samsung. I went in looking for those models. But with the help of Best Buy rep we went with LG. This quality is beyond!!!! Everyone that comes over is wanting to buy one.

The CX OLED is missing minor additions that the C1 offers. If you can do without the newest version of webOS and the new "Game Optimizer" settings that include an input lag boost that reduces lag by a few milliseconds, you will save money.

Great picture and quality. I still am having some troubles learning how to change/use all the features with the remote control

Employees greeted us upon entry if we needed any help. Layout of store has home automation with some Ring products in one spot, but the product we wanted was in another area, unbeknownst to us. Employees were helpful in grabbing what we wanted for us.

This is my fifth lg oled and the largest at 77 ! This is one great TV and the price was great as well ! I always purchase my oled sat the end of the model year to save a lot of money ! I also just purchased a 65GX which is also excellent!

This TV set is a great all around OLED at an affordable price, but the picture processing isn’t up to par with Sony OLEDs. A lot of color gradient banding, a lot of digital noise and artifacts, not so great upscaling. But it does have all the gaming features. If you are a movie watcher and want the best movie watching experience, go with a Sony OLED. But if your 50/50 games movies, this has all the gaming features needed. I prefer Somy and went with the A90J.

I love this TV!! Its one of the best TV's ever. The colors are amazing and its detail is like no other. I paired this with a Dolby Atmos sound bar and all my favorite movies come to life. I would recommend this TV to everyone. I am so happy I bought this.

great product, SO WORTH THE MONEY!! The truth is this is an investment but once you make it, it is going to change your viewing experience. Have to get used to gadgets little but the geek squad is great in setting up. paying for set up is worth it

Love this TV! Our last one was a Sony and we wanted to get the OLED this time. Not disappointed so far! We love the quality and the incredible display. Best Buy GEEK Squad installed it for us and as always did an amazing job! Thank you Best Buy!

I got it used from Best Buy, said excellent condition. It did indeed appear in excellent condition, didn’t see a single flaw. I checked the panel on time though and it was more than 8000 hours!! So obviously this was a floor demo unit. I ran every burn in test I could find and didn’t see any hint of burn in so decided to keep it, it was almost $1000 off so figured it was worth it given the lifespan of these TVs. But buyer beware!

Great size for price. Great quality and connectivity to Apple HomePod.

Hands down the best tv I’ve ever had! The out of box calibration was almost perfect, so no need to fiddle. But, you can easily reset to factory settings....each time I tried a new setting I always like the factory preset to be better.

Had this since June. Paid the early adopter penalty. The best deal I saw was $1200 off and a $200 best buy card. Football and 4k movies are great.

it is a beautiful display. magnificent, I grabbed an Open box for 2,200 for "residue" on the back of the TV and for a big scrtach on the base.. so I wall mounted it.. I didn't mean to buy a TV but I couldn't pass it up..

High quality TV...worth the investment. Just wish I had a better experience with delivering and installation on time. I had to call and spend over 5 hours on the phone to resolve this....

The service from the sales department to the technians setting up the LG OLED was second to none. The LG has brillant colors whether the scene is from the evening or midday. The sound bar sure makes the final touch.

Great tv. Amazing picture and color. Sound not great, needed a surround system to go with it.

Excellent oled tv, but webOS is absolutely garbage.
