We've had this TV for a month now and are delighted with our purchase! The colors are vivid and the ability to change the screen to filmmaker setting has given our DVDs a much more realistic" I'm in the movie theater" feel! We're very pleased.

I bought a 77” LG oled CX TV online and took a tech membership to assure the best of service since the Geek Squad had helped us in the past. Right now we are in the middle of installation issues that are not yet resolved and it is disappointing. The TV seems to be great but the service is an issue. I hope it will work out to our satisfaction.

love this tv unfortunately I'm stuck with Dish network not alot of 4k programs/movies to watch..one issue is the screen tearing it only seems to happen on LOCAL CHANNELS with Dish network so I dont know if its the provider or the TV

Incredible TV. I've had Sony WEGA CRTs, a Pioneer Kuro, and last-model Panasonic plasmas, and the LG OLEDs are the absolute best image quality I've ever had in a home display. Cannot recommend them more.

Very happy with the TV. Salesclerk was extremely knowledgeable about OLED vs QLED and showed us the pros and cons of both. Great customer service and ended up opening the Best Buy credit card to get the 10% back in rewards.

The Geek Squad techs, Frank and Josh, were very professional. They were very patient with our questions and concerns. We also appreciated Frank calling us 24 hours later to see if we were satisfied with our new televisions.

Absolutely incredible! The picture is amazing. I just don't like the mouse pointer feature.

I guess I would have loved this more if the price didn’t drop by over a thousand dollars within the first year. Really pains me to see such high end products discounted by such an extreme amount. Not to mention this is supposed to be the future and best quality set why discount it so largely

great picture easy to set up I did not like the remote control but the tv itself is very good

First LG OLED after years of great Samsung QLED TVs. I’m still amazed months later at the deep blacks and excellent colors with HDR games and movies. I don’t think I can go back to non-OLED screens anymore!

Amazing TV well worth the money and constant updates quickly. Minor issue with Series X game play and LG released a patch in two days. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. One of the best TVs money can buy!

Amazing TV. You'll never get a 100% perfect panel, but you'll get really close. I learned to just enjoy it. I have one dead pixel which isn't bad for having the amount of pixels that it does. Really happy with it.

As good as it gets if you truly want a cinematic presentation for your movies. Great out of the box color even though I end up tweaking and calibrating it to make it even better! Fit and finish excellent as well!

Been an LG OLED owner since the C7. Some of the minor changes from things taken out from the C9 are a little bit annoying such as the DTS and fewer video codecs it reads, but I'm still overall pleased with this unit.

So far we love it. The picture is really nice and the sound isn't too bad.

Awesome TV...incredible technology, I connected mine to Dolby sound home theater system the experience of watching TV at home it’s very similar (in small scale) to be watching a movie in a theater

The product quality is poor is very fragile and sensitive easy to break. The sony oled 77 A9 is very durable product but when you using for Amazon or Netflix is awful pictures as compared to lg oled 77cx with Amazon and Netflix Both oled 77 cx and Sony oled 77a9 is wast of money . one good about the Oled 77cx Lg is that they have very good free channels u don’t need cable only internet

This is the best tv I ever bought, great oled view is breath taking clear and beautiful .it will want you to out and get 4k blu rays and watch your old ones again in full upscaling 4k.
