    I want to hold final judgement until I can determine if it is the tv or the provider but I am a little disappointed in the picture quality. Faces appear soft and certainly not as vivid as what your see displayed in the stores not matter what picture mode is selected.

    The TV is great and I love how it supports Bluetooth audio. The only problem is that When you turn the TV off while watching Netflix, the next time you turn it on, it hangs. Kind of sad for a $3,000 TV. To have such obvious bugs in its software.
