One year later the TV doesnt turn on. I was promised great things by a Best Buy representative and Iam really disappointed by their knowledge and by LG electronics. Then total tech, 24/7/365 is all a lie as well 3 hours on hold for no help.... but yet I get charged every year with no hesitation.

DOA 2 vertical lines on left side of screen. Had to leave in box because at the time of delivery home delivery could not take into house due to covid. When finally opened out of warranty and now a very heavy paper weight.

How do TVs keep getting better? Every year, you wonder how much better television can get. This year- LG has CRUSHED the competition with this television! I have thoroughly enjoyed my OLED tv in the last month. Let me tell you everything you need to know about this TV. Unboxing+ Mounting: Unboxing was super easy. I was replacing a 75" Sharp LED TV that was on the wall. Since I currently have a broken ankle, I decided to ask my family to help with the install and reuse the same brackets that were on the wall. I do not recommend reusing an older bracket, and getting a new one or repositioning the bracket on this. This TV is razor-thin, sleek, and super light (relative to the size). It weighed significantly less and had a lower bracket position on the TV. To me, this is a much better system. It will look sleeker on the wall and pinned flatter to the wall. Reusing an old positioned bracket will make the TV look higher; bear this in mind. Setup: SO EASY. Turned the TV on, there is a universal remote system which allows us to minimize the other remotes and connect to our cable box. It connects to all the major cable systems. This is another thought that LG has just dominated. You never realize how incredible it is to have just one remote until you have just one remote. Speaking of the remote- what a sleek design. The active cursor is so responsive and user friendly. It's incredibly efficient to set up the TV. In 15 minutes I had updated, programmed, and set up my Netflix, Amazon prime, Hulu, Disney +, Plex, and YouTube. Picture + Sound Quality: Normally when testing a TV, I'll watch the same thing: Planet Earth, on Netflix. It's in 4k with ATMOS (Which this TV is equipped with), and has incredible landscapes, details, colors, and sound. I have never felt such an immersive experience from any TV. LG has absolutely blown away the competition with this. From the Incredible picture contrasts and resolutions I got to experience our beautiful planet even more greatly (in a time that we can not travel) via this TV. I was transported to Phillips Island, with seals barking and multi colored beaked penguins weaving through them. Despite the excellent sound quality, I would also buy the ATMOS sound bar from LG for an even more immersive experience. If you can swing it, I would do the pair. After this OLED absolutely blew me away with Planet Ocean, I tuned into the NBA Finals and watched the heat close the series v the Bucks as if I was courtside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The good: 1. The picture is unbeaten out there on the market. It takes a bit of setting up to get the perfect picture for what you are watching, but once you do, you will see one of the better TV pictures you have ever seen. It does Dolby and HDR beautifully and it almost looks too real sometimes when watching nature/HD content. 2. The shape of and overall style of the TV is beautiful. The bezels around the side are super small so it looks like the picture on the screen goes to the edge of the TV. The stand is also very sleek and it the shape of the stand is very clean. The TV is also super thin, and would look great mounted as it wouldn't come out too far from the wall. The So-So: 1. The TV comes with a great remote, but the initial setup of the TV remote has a motion activated mouse button that is a little difficult to get used to, and is activated sometimes by accident when moving the remote. It does offer a lot of buttons and has voice control as well. 2. The TV is loaded with LG's software and offers a ton of apps you can download and use easily. Although it does have a ton of apps, it does not include HBO just yet so you may need to use another device to cast it to your TV. When interacting with the TV the lag time on button clicks on the remote and TV is almost none, and the menu's are very quick to react. 3. I am still getting used to the sound of the TV, but I don't think its one of the best things about this TV. It can go very loud and it has some options for different modes like surround and dolby digital, but I still think it would need a sound bar our alternate sound system if you want the true movie theater experience.

The remote sucks. Doesn't work with the TV. Now the TV won't always shut off. When it does shut off, it immediately turns back on. Should have purchased the Samsung.

This is a purchase i would not recommend to my worse enemy the cost is to high and i have had problems with this tv and its too hard to get service done on it

Product is fine but Beavercreek OH store has horrible service and poorly trained associates.

A defective TV was installed in my house. This is very discouraging and frustrating as well.

Getting a refund is almost impossible, you have to make sure you save your receipt.

Geeks never showed up installer sick. Rescheduled for Monday

Great TV. Amazing picture quality. True blacks; sharp contrasts. The settings menu is reasonably intuitive. Highly recommended. I docked one star only because I'm not a huge fan of Web OS. But I basically ignore it and just use streaming boxes instead.

I understand it's a lot of money. Who cares? I also understand that at 77", it's too big for most people. Again, who cares? It's OLED. That scares people away because of the possibility of burn-in. Who--- Are you listening yet? If you have any aspirations to play any video games, especially newest generations of the Sony and Microsoft consoles or even if you aspire to use the TV as a monitor for a gaming laptop or PC, you owe it to splurge and spend stupid gobs of money on this particular TV. Your games have never looked so amazing!

The TV still looks very good and no problem ever in the last 4 years. I like this TV because I don't get tire after long time watching it. The screen is not too bright like other LED TV's. The screen picture looks so real and natural.

Before going to Best Buy, I spent a good amount of time researching the difference between OLED, QLED, Ultra HD, 4K, and more. When I got to the store and saw the LG OLED in person, I knew I chose the TV for me. The picture is absolutely stunning. I made the wise choice of joining the Geek Squad for set up and they did a fantastic job of connecting everything and showing me how to use all the goodies that my 77" LG has to offer. I couldn't be more pleased!

This TV is amazing! The panel is the size of a wall! The immersive blacks and sound quality are unreal! I'm definitely eager to get the soundbar to take the cinematic experience to the next level!!! This TV is perfect for streaming and gaming. The gaming capabilities are unreal! GSync and Nvidia makes this TV ready for next generation consoles. Definitely future proof and worth the investment.

Best TV picture of any tv I have ever owned. Perfect size, great colors, brightness is great.

Purchased 77’ LG CX as an upgrade to 65’ Sony LED. I can’t say enough about the improvement in picture quality with the LG OLED. My purchase experience at Best Buy was smooth and problem free they delivered TV promptly in three days.

wasn't sure if I wanted to get 65" or 77", but I went with 77" and I am absolutely in love with this TV. I mostly play Playstion5 games and it looks stunning, Oh yeah, movies look great too!

I love this LG OLED 77 INCH TELEVISION! THE PICTURE IS SUPERB! THE PICTURE IS SO CLEAR AND COLORS ARE VERY REALISTIC! ONE CAN STREAM MANY APPS.
