The picture is very good - however, it is very difficult to watch television when the TV constantly changes the channels on its own. Also, seems to have an hdmi (arc) issue - (needs a better software update) both sets would randomly change the source on my Yamaha Home Theater system from Directv to Roku or to audio 1. At times it would play sound through the home theater system, then switch to its own speakers. It took multiple calls to get someone in LG customer service to care enough to verify I had all settings correct, which I did. All of these issues happened on BOTH of the sets. I just don’t have the time or strength (very heavy) to try a 3rd set. This is too much nonsense. Going back to Samsung (Tizen). It’s too bad, I would have loved to kept the LG.

Inputs on rear are not placed where they are easily accessable. No volume or channel or poer control on the tv if the volume or sound were to go out. Remote has only channel up/down. No access on remote for individual channels. Only thing decent about the tv is the picture, which is average. Would not buy this brand ir model again

I'm a little disappointed you can't use the mount it came with on 24 in studs and only 16 inch, requiring me to purchase a mount, I'm very annoyed I need a different device to get the best quality out of the TV. My main example is with Fox Sports, where games stream in HDR on the Roku Stick, but NOT ON THE TV'S APP!!!!! This TV has been great, especially after you turn off all the settings that make the picture jittery, but I removed 4-stars from needing a different device to get the best picture quality out of the best TV on the market.

A huge disappointment from my favorite TV brand

That is unfortunately the only positive I have to share. This TV is slow. And I don't mean in a way that is marginally slower than my previous LG B-series - no, I mean old lady in the buffet line ahead of you after you haven't had a meal all day. The abysmal OS speed would have been enough for me to leave 3 stars, but the user interface is such a downgrade from what LG had going before that it's just sad. This is a nitpick, but it's worth noting that the remote is poorly designed. I really didn't think I would ever review a TV and talk about the remote, but it stands out that much. I'm also still a little miffed that the bracket they send to mount this TV is 16" wide. There is literally no way to hang this 70lb TV on two studs in your wall and it doesn't come with a stand. There is now a large hole in my drywall behind the tv where I installed my own stud. Guess I'll patch it up when I move out, though.
