    TV was mounted, but the people who installed it did not tell me the serial # before installation and now I cannot register the TV because I DO NOT KNOW SERIAL #

    I bought this TV open box from the Greensboro, NC store. The store described it as in an excellent condition with no damages or missing parts. But this was not true, specks on the glass across the bottom part, and chipped plastic around the power led in the bottom center were found upon installation. The TV arrived with no manual or any other accessories. I emailed the store and requested the BestBuy support for a call back from store but to no avail.

    Ordered Aug 25. Delivery date changed three times and installation date had to be rescheduled. Notified of delivery and delivery didn't happen. Excessive time spent on help line. The call back times were not accurate. after being told I would wait and waiting 25 minutes, one time I was told your call will be sent to the next available representative, and there was a message there are no representatives available. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a telephone response system.

    DON'T DO IT. Best Buy came in took my functioning TV. Dropped the replacement said be right back and now 6/18 I still have no TV. Total Tech now states they forgot to schedule install. So Best Buy has stolen my TV, taken my money for a new TV and unable to deliver a new one.

    Dead screen on arrival. The screen simply cannot light up after pushing power button. Returned to Bestbuy (and they verified too), re-ordered a new one. Surprised by such quality control. Seriously concern about even next one.

    I’m so upset this tv does not have ESPN app and won’t let me download it. I asked the sales associate before I bought the tv and he assured it did.

      ESPN/ESPN+ are not currently available on our webOS platform. However, we are continuously working to add the latest streaming applications. ESPN+ has not yet provided a version of the app that is compatible with LG Smart TVs. We do hope that ESPN+ will be available in the future, and I encourage you to also reach out to ESPN and let them know you want to see their content on LG TVs. If you have a Hulu service, you may get ESPN+ as an add-on to your existing subscription. For additional assistance, you may visit their page at https://www.hulu.com/espnplus. You may also use a compatible streaming device to view ESPN+. This could include devices like Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, and Smart Blu-ray players.     Best TV ever

    This TV is all that. Gallery Mode is incredible. You will find yourself watching Gallery once a week. The TV flush mounts to the wall and looks great in any room. Will need professional installation.

    Awesome picture quality. WebOS has problems

    The picture is amazing and the features are great. However the experience is diminished by webos. It feels slow. Some apps are unstable. And updates frequently loose login information. I got ot on sale and am happy with the TV. But some of the more affordable samsungs do it better.
