The only thing I have negative is the TV constantly goes back to TV speakers. I have a surround sound system. So it can be annoying at times. I think it’s just LG, because my C9 oled did the same thing.

The only annoying this is that the outside box was labelled “good condition.” But on the inside, the TV had a “Fair” condition sticker, and several horizontal scratches on it. Best buy should do a better job with labelling the TV condition.

Can not download on LG? I would suggest checking the apps you use for streaming and decide if it's a good fit

I installed it myself without much difficulty....1 inch thick and flush mounts against the wall....very nice. The picture is amazing !!
