    Loses Internet Connection

So maybe a 3 1/2 star. The picture is great but I have a huge problem with the Internet connection. It periodically loses connection and won’t except anything to reconnect. I get a password error time after time no matter what device I use to connect the only solution that seems to work is to pull this humongous TV out from the wall Get on a ladder and get in the middle of the wall mount to unplug it and replug it back in again. That’s just ridiculous for a TV that costs $3000. That was the solution used by the techs the first few times it happened.

Great TV with a problematic wall mount issue

Outstanding TV with one issue - the attachment points on the TV for the mount are too high if you want to tilt the TV and you don't have a very heavy duty (way above the TV's weight specification) mount. Archimedes' principal comes into play - the high mounting points turns the TV into a lever acting against the mount when you tilt it. In my case, the mount twisted such that the tilt was half of what it should have been. Possible Solution? 1. Use a very heavy duty mount. 2. Mount it to your wall as high as possible (but of course still hidden when the TV is tilted.)

Love this TV! For OLED, this is a pretty bright panel, and the picture quality is jaw-dropping.

Everything about this tv is great, includes a 5 year manufacturer warranty as well. Only wish it came with the desktop stand, and that the one you can buy didnt have such an angle leaning back.. otherwise it looks amazing and supports any format you can throw at it!

    Great TV, Horrible Wi-Fi.

Nothing but Wi-Fi issues. Can’t enjoy this beautiful TV because just about every hour it loses its connection. LG tried to support this issue twice but it’s still the same issue. I have a newer google mesh Wi-Fi system not even 3 feet away from the TV and still have these issue. Seems like this is a known issue on a bunch of forums but still no real fix.
