You should always include a stand so people can start using there tv right away. Not everyone is able to wall mount there tv in a jiffy and people want to start enjoying there tv right out of the box. Bad idea not to include a stand and a sale was lost because of it.

Beware of BEST BUY

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The LG 77" G4 is a grest TV, Best Buy, on the other hand, I should have learned my lesson years ago when came time to use my warranty on my tv not only did they not find it they said i never got the tv from BestBuy. Then, when i found my receipt, they found the tv plus warranty without even looking at the receipt, huh? So now i did a price match online chat only to find out they did not do it, then 2 days after the cut off for price match, im told we would help you if we could but so sorry. Would you like to buy the $49.99 membership so this does not happen again.. even though i have the saved chat logs from them supposedly doing the price match within the time limit, do yourself a favor shop somewhere else.!!!!

There is a complete disconnect with the kids selling the TV and the installation team. A lot of training needs to happen

To try and resolve this simply, we recommend performing a power reset on the television. Please unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet, wait for a full minute, and then plug it back in directly to a working wall outlet, bypassing any surge protectors or power strips for this test.

Terrible Customer Service!!!!!

The first tv we plugged in did not work and was defective. When I returned the defective tv they would not refund me and gave me a lame excuse. I have been a Best Buy member for years and will never buy another item from them. It was the most absolutely worst experience I have ever had with any company. The tv was defective out of the box and I brought it right back! Terrible customer service especially to a member who has bought $$$$ over the years. I am going to let anyone and everyone know about this terrible customer service.
