    Does not come with stand, had to order it for another $200. I purchased this item and a week later ot was $500 less, i called best buy to get price adjustment and was told i was not a plus member which shouldnt matter since it was within 14 days. Dont buy from Best buy

    Bought this TV and it was delivered and installed July 31,2024 by Best Buy techs. They were unable to get TV to turn on. Replacement Tv delivered on August 8th. Sane problem, TV would not turn on! Ordered Sony.

    TV failed in first two weeks.

    Within first couple days, the sound started dropping out. Got progressively worse then the TV would not turn on at all.

    l would not know. We have not had this set up yet as installers keep cancelling. I do not think I will ever order another thing from Best Buy

    ordered my tv on 12/24/24 and it still has not been received as of 2/28/25 :(

    LG OS is so bad

    LG changed the software for this TV and requires a Thin account to use the Apps… it drops your security and then the app on your phone gets hung up trying to log you in rendering the tv useless. The picture is great and otherwise could not be happier but LGs OS security settings are so frustrating I cannot recommend this tv.

    Delivery people didn’t show up or call

    I ordered this tv from Best Buy. I scheduled a delivery/installation and when nobody showed up, I called Best Buy. They already had my money and said they have a 3rd party doing delivery and installation and they had no more openings for my delivery for another week! Best Buy was moving me to the end of the list. Nobody could fix this and apparently Best Buy doesn’t care enough about their customers once they have their money so if you’re not picking this up and installing it yourself, be prepared for disappointment

    They don't even install

    I ordered it but literally can't schedule a time for them to come. I've tried calling their support a million times but they can't even solve this for me. Unbelievable, spent 3800 USD and it's the most abominable customer support I've ever seen.
