The picture is good, but man, the audio is atrocious. It's the worst I've ever heard on a TV, including ones that literally cost 1/10 of what this one costs. I guess LG assumes everyone will be using a sound bar or AV receiver. But still, the included sound should be better. Further, the UI is a bit confusing. It took me forever to get the thing to tune to the first HDMI input. It kept trying to show me its own off-brand TV channels that I have no interest in watching. It should not be so hard to get to HDMI 1.

Over all great TV. Glitches every once in a while. Alexa pops up at random two or three times a month.

I love this TV. I was hesitant to spend 3k on a purchase but it was well worth it. It’s pretty much flush to the wall. The tv also included a tv mount so that kind of helped me justify the purchase price. I look forward to having this tv for a long time.

I have not tried out the tv since delivered. The delivery went well and as soon as the house is completed I will install it and give an updated review.

Amazing tv. The mounting system is beautiful as well. Of note it does not come with a stand. I’d you plan to put it on a tv stand save some money and get the CX/C1.

Beautiful TV with the new ATSC 3.0 software installed, and love the gallery feature. Not a fan of the picture frame mount that's included. LG should include the table stand in case your wall isn't pre-wired for recess power and cable connections. The stand is optional which I had to purchase separately.

Went in 4 separate times asked 4 separate employees about 3 specific tvs and they all were super helpful and knowledgeable

Love the size and picture quality, but it keeps going into store mode. I put it back in to Home mode and after a couple of times on and off it goes back to store mode. This is the only real problem. Just annoying for how much the TV cost and I can’t find help for in online

The visual images are outstanding. Almost like being there. Very well designed, with excellent interface. If you want the best, this is it.

If you are the home boy like me, make your life easy by enjoying your time at home. It’s a must have tv if you can afford it.

This product was even better when put in use. Tons of operating features which are more than with the other competitors.

Very nice television. Stunning video quality and is pairing nicely with a LG sound bar. The remote is the weak link but not in a significant way.

This TV is the one. I would not consider another. The colors are the best. The HD to 4K upscaling does very well. The only TV that may be better is the LG 8K OLED.
