Not good!!!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just put up my tv Sunday watch football went to bed got up Monday watch a little tv went to work come home turn on tv half the screen was black so I turned off to turn back on and entire screen black can’t do anything but power off and on unplug it still nothing very disappointed just got the darn thing a day ago now I got to wait until the morning to see what Best Buy going to do

Junk Hardware & Software

I already hate the TV's OS and now out of warranty, I'll to pay for mobile service repair. Lucky me. LG=Life's a Gamble NOT Life's Good. SMH

Returning this to Bestbuy

My 10 year old Vizio TV literally has better picture quality than this... apps don't work either. We will see if Samsung is better..

BestBuy Service Sucks

Don’t buy !!!

Amazing tv while it lasted

Screen failed after 3 months.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Piece of garbage TV. Screen Completely failed within 3 months of use. Wish we had never purchased. It’s been almost 2 months since we first contacted LG and it’s still not fixed. LG also won’t rehang it, so after initially working on it, they left it in the middle of our floor, so we’ve had an 82 inch TV sitting face down in our living room for 2 weeks. Instead of just sending us a new TV, they’d rather have a screen shipped out and replaced which is a total waste of efforts as the screen pretty much IS the entire TV. LG has absolutely abysmal customer service. It took me at least 10 hours on the phone over a month to get SOMEONE to get back to me. If I could return this piece of junk TV, I would. The picture isn’t the best and neither is the sound, add in this failed screen and it’s a no for me. Please do not think this is a good deal. Do not buy this TV!

Failed within 10 minutes

Started fine, went through set up and within 10 minutes it made a high-pitched whine, rebooted, and now won't start up at all. Just stuck on LG logo screen. Obviously a problem with the OS of the TV. Now, I've been sitting on hold for 30 minutes trying to get some help from Best Buy on this piece of junk they sold me. Stay away!
