I purchased this television on August 11, 2021 and by October 11, 2021 there are up to three (3) vertical lines (yellow, light blue and purple) running vertically from the top to the bottom of the screen near the middle (left to right). Given the price and size, extremely disappointed this would occur within two (2) months of purchasing.

I turned this TV on 3 times since purchasing it and now the picture stopped working! I’m now 2 weeks past the point of returning. To top it off the manufacturer knows this problem, hasn’t recalled them, and stores still sell the product! Thanks for stealing my money

Is a nice tv but costumer service in findlay ohio is absolutely horrible needless to say they told me how to put tv in my truck and it broke the screen they would not replace it or help me out at all will definitely take my business to another company from now on

Worst service ever !!
Showed up for appointment with no equipment to hang 5 tvs and spent over 6 k in a week with your company.had another appointment the follow week for 3 contractors and no show that day .

Overall the TV is very nice. Good picture and nice sound quality. The WebOS does need some work though. There are apps that have not created on the WebOS platform. It also is very heavily reliant on fast internet. It is no vault to the TV but just be aware that it will operate jumpy on speeds less then 50meg.

Staff at store were up helpful and accusing when we picked up tv. Got it home and all but a few defusers were lose, brought tv back the 120 mile round trip and had staff ask me if we had broken tv before they even took it inside. Then when we asked for a replacement was told we would have to pay shipping on new set. So 120 mile round trip twice and be charged for delivery also we cancelled order.
