Asked installation guys to keep the height of TV to minimum but they did not pay attention and installed it higher. When i asked if it can be moved lower they said No. Later i realized it could have been installed much lower. Really unprofessional.

The replacement TV is fine. However, Best Buy did not cover the costs of repackaging the defective TV and unpackaging the new one.

The tv was delivered and installed on December 18th. A vertical white line developed from top to bottom on December 19th. Now on December 24th the tv wont even turn on. A replacement TV wont be installed until January 15th. Beyond angry.

I been having problem issues with picture. for example when an image is moving slow or zoom in the picture quality is amazing but as soon as it zooms out it gets blurry. there are small dot around different colors like an old tv from the 90s. watching soccer on this tv is the worst. I compared watching soccer on my tv to my iPhone and my iPhone was way clear. sometimes i would have a electric line going from one side to another. I finally called LG march 23 and they said this tv is defective. Dont trust what is on the display have them play real life tv instead

Today is October 2nd and geek squad cancelled for the 3rd time. Needless to say to speak to a human and/or get anything resolved is impossible. I will be cancelling my order and purchasing/handling my own products. Would not recommend at all.

Best Buy handed my issue to LG which is taking forever to resolve the issue. Wish Best Buy prioritized my issue and gave a resolution , since I am a total tech member.

I was concerned over the many articles and comments about QLED performing better in bright spaces. All that worry was for nothing! The picture on this TV is amazing from every viewing angle and the picture quality is not affected at all during the daytime. Please note that there is a lot of sunlight in my room but NOT directly on the screen. The TV audio is average at best so I paired it with the LG SP11RA soundbar. Movie time feels like being in my own private theatre!

This is less expensive than my last TV, so forget the price TV looks amazing, finally something that looks better than our old 71" DLP This TV replaced a HU8550 which was never impressive, never looked great and even with the "Evolution Kit" never lived up to the hype. I just hope it lasts longer than 6 years....

LG must have had to send more power to accommodate its size. The picture is just amazing and I had the LG 65 inch from 2017. Buy it why you can as things are changing so quickly with inflation and supply chain. Another note, I bought the Sennheiser sound bar with it. Yes it was very expensive and scary because I didn’t know what to expect and there were great sound bars and speakers all around that rated superb. But what a combo, so happy with both.

I have a Sony X91J & it shows just as good as an OLED. OLEDs are good TVS but definitely NOT worth the price. OLEDS are nothing but a post-modern plasma tvs so ignore the reviews that bash negative reviews
