    glare is bad in highly lit room ,functions better at night , good picture quality but not sharp like qled.

    Didn’t ge the Tv because the people delivering it was more interested in thier comfort than the costumer comfort. How can they tell me to be available between 12 and 4 pm for 4 hours and they cannnot wait 30min while I arrived from work. Ot was easier to return the product to storage area and giving it to the costumer. I ask for my money back and bought the same tv for the same price but warranty included for 3 years

    I purchased a new tv,with the best service imaginable! The gentleman helping me was very kind,had very good mannerisms,very informative,helped me make the right choice! His name was Jorel I believe,from the Clarksville,In store. I will definitely be back!!

    TV died 91 days after install. Took 2 weeks to get service from BB out to look at it. Ordered parts came back 2 weeks later, replaced practically everything, it still doesn't work. Now am waiting for LG to get back to me to see if they will fix it. Am considering a lawsuit, maybe a class action as I am not alone with dead OLED 83" LGs. Picture was fantastic when it worked, sound was muddy so I got a soundbar may a big difference. But it is NOT reliable. There are plenty of people on youtube that have the same luck as me with this albatross of a TV.

    best tv out there for a good price. don't buy samsung oled, because samsung just buys LG oled tvs and puts their brand on it for a higher price!
