    Can't even enjoy my purchase

    I was excited about this tv, but turned out to be a complete nightmare. I would suggest anyone thinking of getting this tv, to purchase it elsewhere or be aware that issues will occur. Delivery and installation service kept changing! They said inventory issues yet the website date for delivery or pick up is still the same, so I contacted the supervisor they said it was a mistake on the website. So I'm not the only customer that will have these issues

      I understand how disappointing it is when expectations aren't met, especially when you're excited to get a new product like a TV. It's unacceptable that our website listed the same date for delivery or pickup, only for us to inform you later that there were inventory issues. I can imagine how frustrating that must have been.
