[Employee of bestbuy] Beautiful tv, great picture and it install clean and flushed on the wall. The screen is bright and the colors are rich. I added a surround system since my room was wide and one space and the tv audio did not fill the space as I wanted it to. Very happy with the choice!

Fantastic TV. Bright, colorful, great motion processing. If only LG could produce panels without green tint and better uniformity.

Great size, wonderful picture. Can really tell the difference between cheaper LCD screens in the color and sharpness.

My husband really investigated all the TVs that we would be interested in. He definitely wanted an 83” size. He read all the magazines, including Consumer Reports. It was a toss up between Samsung and LG and we’re very happy we went with LG. The color is gorgeous. The clarity is perfect. It’s our first time with an OLEG TV. Apparently an OLEG TV cannot be repaired. It just gets replaced. We’re hoping it lasts because it was very heavy and difficult to hang.

Excellent picture and nice design. Built in speakers were surprisingly loud too.

I’ve owned many high end tv’s like Sony oled a9G and A80K but the picture quality of this LG is just something else I just love how bright and vibrant colors of the G4

The best tv I’ve ever owned. The 83” picture is bright and crisp. I’ve been told I’m a 4K snob and that’s probably true but even 1080p looks great on you his tv. It’s super thin and much lighter than I imagined

Excellent TV with a great picture. It was very easy to set up and the crew from best buy that mounted it did a great job. I upgraded from a Samsung QLED 90 series (2019 model) and was suprised to see that the OLED was brighter.

Replaced my 4 year old LG OLED CX with this. The brightness is unmatched and it really compares with LEDs. Best TV on the Market.

Lots of picture options , sound is good. Controller could use a over haul. Buttons for play, rewind foward, Backlight. Great tv overall , movies and games are awesome looking

83" LG OLED evo Stops people in their tracks! The picture is that magnificent and the size of the TV is that impressive. It is unbelievable the picture quality that a TV that large provides. The internet functions on the TV are fast and reliable. It makes my 5 year old LG Smart TV look like a dinosaur. Buy this TV. Best Buy Geek Squad installed it. They did a perfect job. The TV weighs 100 lbs. so I wouldn't try to tackle mounting a TV this large by yourself. Use the Geek Squad for a hassle free experience.

Only one minor complain. The controller pointer is not the best. Everything else is amazing. The brightness is stunning and the os is intuitive.

I really wanted to love this tv. The colors are gorgeous. I knew because I already have one in my bedroom. I was ecstatic to add this one to the living room. There have been issues from day one. Bad HDMI ports render a streaky picture. The volume goes all the way down to zero ever time I press mute. An hour on support chat with LG confirmed what I believe, and it's that the unit is defective. More specifically, the HDMI ports. Of course I bought this brand new and sealed on clearance, so there's no way to exchange for a new one. My only options are to get a refund and downgrade, or allow a repair technician to repair a new unit. Neither entity has means to offer an even exchange. I personally don't want a refurbished television that I paid over 4 grand for, even if it's refurbished in my own home.

This is my second LG OLED, upgraded from a C1 77 inch. I absolutely love this TV. Did some google-fu to find some calibrations for settings (there are some serious AV guys out there that should be applauded for the work they do), tweaked a little to my liking and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This has been by far the best TV we have purchased. If it’s perfectly in my new home, the quality is honestly unbelievable. I get compliments from everyone. Thank you Best Buy for being able to provide the TV at a great price.

This is the best TV I have ever owned by far! Great picture, thick enough where you do not think it is going to snap, but thin enough to feel Premium.

Bought an open box deal and, initially, the HDMI 2 port didn't work. Best Buy had it fixed within a week by replacing the board. So far, picture quality is outstanding and am using OTA stations, streaming Onn/Firestick and xBox for gaming. Also, I'm using my own home theatre but did try the TV speakers to check them out and they are okay, but not great.

I love my bright beautiful LG TV! We bought a large 88” bright one because my husband has macular degeneration. It really helped him.
