POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT A HAPPY 20 YR CUSTOMER

When the salesman discussed him making sure I would have the remote which comes with the tv I agreed to purchase it. The tv is useless without a remote. When they delivered it, there was not a remote. I went to the store and they tried to give me a generic remote then gave me an older remote without a cover and told me to call LG. LG informed me because it's an "open box" they would not provide me with a remote. Now I find myself on the phone several times arguing with LG. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by Best Buy! I spent over $3,000 on a tv from Best buy for the last time even though I've purchased from them for years. There are several other places to purchase from. I'll be using them as you cannot trust Best Buy, they are typical "salesmen".

The sales staff took plenty of time with me going over the advantages of all the units we looked st. Finally they told us they'd hold the TV until our house is fonished and then they'll deliver it! Great service!
