The tv is huge! Fits perfectly in my living room. For the cost and size of the tv the picture quality is absolutely great. Has AI built-in to enhance the viewing experience. Pointer remote is such a convenience to use. Has a built in smart assistant that can help make your life easy. Works with most smart home systems, my experience with this tv has been excellent so far!

I must say whenever I buy something I'm happy for a few minutes and then I find it's flaws The only flaw that I found in this TV is not the TV itself I just don't like the remote control it has a toggle switch which you don't have to use but my thumb keeps touching it accidentally and moves the cursor on the screen That's my clumsiness I guess I have big thumbs. I was very happy with the picture it is gorgeous and I had forgotten to turn on my soundbar one time while I was setting it up and I thought the seventh was wonderful but it just didn't sound rich enough and then I realized my soundbar wasn't on where is most TVs you could tell a huge difference with and without the sound bar I was very surprised with the quality of the sound that the TV gave through its internal speakers. I do however recommend buying a sound bar The TV works wonderful with the Alexa app and what I love most about the television is that it has an atmos decoder which means now I could watch my Netflix movies in Atmos if you do not have an atmos decoder you will not see Atmos movies appear on your Netflix screen if you have an atmos decoder then the Atmos movies appear on the Netflix screen and there's a huge difference in the sound and the experience when you watch a movie in Atmos. This TV is wonderful. I was overseas and missed Black Friday by a week because I got ill overseas however the TV was still on sale when I arrived a week later it may not have been the Black Friday price but it was still at a discounted price that I was very happy with I'm very happy with the TV and the Best buy staff who went over all the features of the television and setting it up on my wall in my home This is definitely a TV to consider and buy I bought the 86-in model and I'm very happy with it

Excellent sound and picture quality. I’m a life-long Sony man, but after delivering the 85’ Sony and discovering it had a cracked screen after already being mounted, I decided to go with the 86’ LG. Needlework say, it has not been a disappointment. I like everything about the TV so far. Also, strongly recommend biting the bullet and letting Best Buy Geek Squad do the install. This LG TV was very heavy and being mounted above a fireplace. The installers had to do a frame-out to reinforce the nook above my fireplace to support the weight of the TV. That said, they were very efficient and had the whole project completed in less than hour. Very professional! See before and after pics.

This is an amazing TV. We replace our old LG TV that was damaged. And the picture on this one is spectacular. When shopping for items like this at Best Buy always check out the open box products. You can get some amazing deals if your timing is right.

This is a beautiful TV. This is our third LG TV we have purchased and it is by far the best. The picture is so clear you can see every detail. The smart TV functions are easy to use and everything is in one place.

Love it!!! This television has amazing picture quality and by adding a Sonos sound bar it feels like your in the movie theater.

TV is good. The only reason i dont give it 5 stars is because you have to be in a total dark room to experience the greatness on this TV. If light hits it you will have alot of glare and that is annoying. Invest in a sound a good LG sound bar.
