The picture is bright, sharp, and colorful, and the AI upscaling makes even non-4K content look great. webOS is fast and easy to use, and setup was very straightforward. Perfect for movies, sports, and everyday TV watching. Incredible value for an 86-inch TV — highly recommended!

The price reductions during the Black Friday sales were a welcome surprise. The salesman was thorough, reviewed all aspects of the TV, and set the delivery. On the day of delivery, that is when things went wrong. Based on my original conversations, I expected the TV to be delivered and installed, and for my prior TV to be removed. When the TV was delivered, I was informed that they only do deliveries. When I checked with the store, they said they could do those things for another $500. I called around and found another company willing to come to my home the same day for a reasonable price to install the TV. It is working fine.

All of the televisions we have owned for the last 15 years have been LG and we have been pleased with them all. All of the content that we view is through streaming services and I did not realize that I didn't need my Google chromecast. It makes things so much more convenient and everything is controlled with the one remote including my surround sound system. I would recommend this tv for anyone looking for an upgrade at a moderate price range.
