LG came out once, ordered parts and fixed it for one week. Came out again, ordered parts and its been over a month and we have not heard from them. We call and we are out on terminal hold. The service is awful. We paid a lot of money for the tv and we cant watch it. All we get is rainbow colors as a picture. LG said they have to be out three times before they replace it. At this rate, who knows how long that will be as they don't respond. We also have the Geek Squad warranty and Best Buy wont do anything until the manufacturer warranty runs out. I am paying for a TV that we cannot watch at all. The service is the worst!

I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me with this and I need to get this job done.

Lg 86 inch qned 90 tua series 4k mini led
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased on april 21 2025 a lg 86inch 90tua 4 k mini led at best bye on april 29 2025 the pixels went bad in the middle of screen little white and reddish orange circles appeared in the screen major issues a issue others had when it came out of the box i researched this tv and didnt find it on the reviews but when i got the tv 2 days later it happened what a disappointment should've got the hisence 85 inch u8 mini led cause it was rated so much better than the lg 86 mini led 90t series but for years i had the lg 55 65 and 75 inch tv with no issues matter of fact the lg 75inch tv i had was only 2 years old glad i still have the lg 75 inch lg will give me back the #2369.00 refund $170.00 was delivery and set up
