About my lg tv The tv screen was breaking So I don’t know if someone one can help me please

You really can’t be the price for the size of this tv. I was a little skeptical at first. I have a 75 inch Samsung 4K and it’s phenomenal but wanted to go bigger for my new place, so I bought this tv and have not been disappointed with it all! Picture is superb and the magic remote actually works very smoothly with the tv, I wish it had a little bit brighter of a screen, which is I give it 4 stars instead of 5. But like I said for the price, you cant beat it, I added a Dolby atmos surround sound with it and it’s perfect for movies. Friend always wanna come to my place for movies cause they don’t know anyone with an 86inch tv!

Great picture, I definitely have fallen in love . It's not the top of the line but for the price and size it's the absolute best bang for the buck. Easy to set up and more features than I will ever use. The ONLY downside to the tv so far that I have found is getting the stand to hold it. Other than that I have had no issues and its amazing the size difference between this and a 75 in.

You cannot go wrong with this screen size right here. This TV is huge, beautifu, and you will enjoy this television and all your friends and family that come over and see it. You can forget about the theater because this would do it. One more side note, all your other TVs and anybody else's TV will seem tiny and you might not want to watch their TV ever again.

I purchased this TV approximately 1.5 months ago. So far, we've been fairly happy with it. It comes with LG's newest revision of the magic remote, which makes navigating menus and inputting your information - it's more of a pointer-mouse to scroll around instead of having to scroll around on an on-screen keyboard. The speakers are surprisingly good. I've paired it with the Sonos Playbase but before that was installed, the sound wasn't bad and I could see people being okay using this television without a soundbar. The processor on board is fairly quick so lag time when running operations is minimal compared to most Smart TVs. I haven't utilized the Amazon Alexa functionality yet so can't speak to that. The picture is fantastic and what you'd expect from a 4K TV. Switching between various input devices, e.g. AppleTV to Nintendo Switch, is incredibly quick even compared to the LG 2016 4K TV that I purchased. Note, this is a fairly heavy and cumbersome in size so I'd recommend a second person to assist to lift/relocate and definitely to mount. It's about 76" wide so make sure you have a surface long enough to hold it (media consoles that long are difficult to find). Also, we transported this TV in a rented Dodge Grand Caravan. The box fit perfectly (snug) onto the floor of the van when all of the seats were folded.

This is the best TV 86* the the price is very good ! Not thick and playing movie in 4K it amazing picture .. don’t even compare with OLED or QLED and other height end tv. Only tell the different is side by side .. when u bring this bad boy home!! It has amazing picture sound and quality!!

I am a Lg man I believe they always make great TVs I like Samsung as well I just think there TVs are over priced and you are getting the same quality as a Lg but again it’s based off what you like , wonderful tv you will not be disappointed with this purchase you will be ready for whatever sports season there is , and gaming experience is amazing love the Arc when connected to a Lg sound bar 5 stars for me on this tv

I have been looking to replace my 70in Visio for some time now. I had my eye on the 82in Samsung for a while, since all my appliances are Samsung. However, my entire house is using the Google assistant (not Bixby), Lights, window blinds, door locks and ADT alarm, so I wanted something that was a little bigger and had more options. The LG 86in did not disappoint! The picture is amazing, the sound, with and without the surround sound is great. It was easy to setup all my options. When the Geek squad came to deliver it, they recognized me right away, as I am a regular, and although I did not pay for it to be setup, because of my health, they set it up for me. There is a reason I will only buy almost all my electronics and appliances from Best Buy. Great customer service, fantastic sales team (not high pressured at all), they spent time price matching for me, their extended warranties are awesome (and to me a must) and the list just goes on and on. If you are looking for a Big Screen that is well priced and will perform great, this is the TV to get!!

After seven years with my 80" HD Sharp Aquos, I decided this year I was going to upgrade. Right about the time I started looking, I spotted the bargain on this one, and after consulting with friends and coworkers, I decided to try it. (Wished I'd waited two more weeks since the price dropped another $200...but that's another story.) The long and short of it: setup was quick and painless, and the webOS is simple but not feature-limited. The TV automatically picks up when a new device is connected/powered on, and gives you the option to quickly switch inputs. I love the remote, which doubles as a mouse for the on-screen displays. Design-wise, the thin bezel makes the design pleasing to the eye. I've had a PC, a Wii U, a Switch, and a Blu-ray player connected to this, and so far it's handled everything very capably. My one complaint centers on the physical design. Where my Sharp had a single stand in the center, this one has feet at either end. That posed a problem when they turned out to be farther apart than my old cabinet was wide, meaning I had to buy a new one--I expected that going in, but still, it would've been nice to have saved that money.

I am actually a veteran of the audio/video sales industry and am very particular. When I saw this TV on 4th-of-july sale for just $2,200!?, i had to have it. This price was a little bit lower than my cost from my wholesaler plus best buy threw in free delivery. This thing is an two-maner as it’s over 100 lbs! Anyway, after i calibrated the image to a professional standard (many settings to modify) it really looks amazing! Better than i was expecting. All hdtv content looks very nice and 4k content looks ridiculous!, like ridiculously too good for what I paid! As far as the TV built in sound...it’s pretty good. Not great but almost all tv’s stock speaker range between lousy and pretty good. Fortunately I already own a sweet sounding surround sound system. Just need to find time to install it. Carpenters-house kinda laziness but I’ll get’er-done! Anyway, if u want a large screen and don’t want to spend oLED kinda coin???...BUY THIS TV!

Picture is perfect. The remote is one of the best ones out there. Set up and use are pretty easy and the one screen pointer makes it effortless to control. Blacks are black, colors are vibrant. This big, 86" screen with a surround sound system makes movies at home a great experience.

I initially and in the store to purchase a different TV, but when I was there the salesman told me if the new promotion they were running on LG TVs. They didn't even have one in store for me to look at, but aired me it was very similar to the 55 inch they had on display. The TV is so large, they don't even keep it in the store. I picked up from the warehouse. Upon opening the box we were immediately shocked. Its huge! The picture is amazing. Set up was a little long, but fairly easy. We refer to it as our IMAX TV because it takes up the whole wall lol.

This tv is massive but the price isn’t! Most other are 82in and cost more. This tv is 4K and has HDR so it’s sufficient. This thing looks like a monster on my wall and performs beautifully. You won’t regret this purchase.

So happy with my purchase. I really appreciate this large TV and a perfect picture. The only thing is that the feet are very wide apart so it was difficult finding a stand. I ended up making one out of some cinder blocks and wooden rubbermaid shelves. LOVE the remote that is also like a mouse so that I don't have to click a button up and down to get where I want on the settings screen. Just point the remote/mouse at the TV and go where you want. I still have so much to learn on this television but I do know I figured out the basics very easily.

Delivery was perfect. We mounted the TV with a kit that sipports up to a 90" TV with no problems. We had it unboxed, mounted, and set up in about an hour (although there are a ton of apps, so some of these might not be set up yet). This TV is amazing! You're looking at an 86" TV, so you probably want it to be huge - it definitely is. The picture quality is amazing. We were surprised how great the sound is as well - there were a lot of settings, so it took a while to flip through them to find the best. Tons of apps, and an easy interface: we named all of the inputs, we logged into all of our streaming apps... and now we watch. It transformed out family room into a TV / movie / game room. We're completely happy! Highly recommend!

Purchased this for my husband at a great price! He absolutely loves all the features that the TV has to offer. The size is awesome and we managed to hang it on the wall with the help of our teenage grandsons. It looks great and he is enjoying the clarity of the picture and the sound too. With his previous TV, he had an issue with the sound. He was always replaying a scene to hear what was actually said. Not this TV, he is very happy.

Owned for just over a year now. Originally purchased the only other side lit, non nano 86” offered, but returned it for this one. For 1/3 more money at the time it was a worthwhile upgrade, but they were both sets were at a great price point, and the best (or at least biggest) bang for the buck. Would recommend, and suggest the back lit nano for any set this large. If you’re into fast moving action scenes vs. drama or comedy, you’ll to go with the nano to cover this much screen real estate.

The TV is fantastic, exactly as advertised. The picture mode options make it easy to find a combination of contrast and brightness that looks "right" for the room. No choppiness in the video, it's surprisingly sharp for the size. But, the "magic remote" as they call it is by far the best I've ever used. I was able to set it up to control the cable box, BlueRay, an old VHS VCR, and my ZVOX soundbar. It's very intuitive, the user interface is well thought out. This is my first LG, but won't be my last. Highly recommended.

Really BiG T.v. . Cons.. I find the tv to be very heavy, definitely need 2-3 people to hang this monster on the wall, definitely want to hang it with strong lag bolts to the wall 2x4s. Pros...picture is awesome, some reviews say the smart remote is difficult to use, we have not experienced any problems navigating through apps, and menu settings with the remote. Pleasantly surprised with this purchase....hope it gives me years of trouble free viewing.
