    I think its a pretty good Tv but the Picture quality is not good that's the reason I returned it back to store. I end up buying Samsung great Quality very happy

    Poor image quality and blurry motion

    My unit might have had bad components, but the image quality was awful. I wound up returning for the Sony X95J. I think the image might always be this way because upon closer inspection in the store, the image was always blurry when there was motion on the TV. In addition, it has a very soap opera-like effect and is not true to color. I would recommend not buying this TV.

    Horrible picture quality

    The picture quality is very poor. Picture looked slightly grainy and colors were flat. I tried changing all picture settings and nothing looked good. I returned this tv and got a Sony 85” x91j. The Sony picture is much much better than LG. Avoid the LG and go with Sony for better picture.

    After 1 month the television has a blurry image. I complained to Best Buy and they said that since I bought it at the store's outlet I need to speak to the warranty because it's not their responsibility! support 0

    I had high hopes with purchase. But, the black parts of movies are completely white washed. It makes movies unwatchable and distracted. I cannot believe this product was released to be sold. I am returning and having to spend more on a sony. Very disappointing.

    Delivered with a cracked screen, been sitting in my home over a month, supposed to swap it on the 12th never showed never called, they won’t do a thing about, I started shopping elsewhere

    Began to flicker after 6 hours of use. Returned it and bought a 77” Sony oiled. I love the Sony , it has a much better picture.

    We bought this TV 2.5 years ago and it still looks like new in our home theater room. Highly recommend this TV for dark rooms with its bold color and good quality.

    This TV is about as good as it gets without paying up for the OLED TVs. Is this display perfect? No, but its close. The picture is crisp and the darks a great. The smart remote is handy. The TV speakers do very good without a soundbar. I cant say enough good things about this display. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. I understood I wasn't buying an OLED, so I was not expecting OLED performance. I mainly bought this TV so I had a display that could keep up with my PS5. Everything else is just a plus. And getting 86 inches was because my living room is a bit big.

    Went fron am 85" Sony 900 series to the LG 86"nanacell 90 series. Better picture in every aspect! No need to go to the movies this is your own personal theatre. Only negative still no HBOMAX or ESPN+. HAVE TO USE Firestick ot AppleTV. Still worth every penny!

    Upgraded from a LG55 to this LG86 love the colors nice and bright colors easy to set up and to connect with the wifi fells like we are in the theatre.

    If you're looking for a 1 or 2 year TV, this is for you. LG Smart TV's last about as long as the warranty, if that, and their customer service will delay and disappear until it's expired and then tell you you're on your own. Cheaply made garbage. First the Bluetooth and networking will begin flaking out and crapping out, then you'll be repeatedly annoyed by notifications telling you it disconnected, and reconnected, then before you know it the software begins freezing and hanging causing you to lose remote control until you reboot. Worst garbage on the market. Never forget, LG is Lucky GOLDSTAR. the same Goldstar cheap garbage you used to find at Kmart. They changed the name to try and hide from the bad reputation. Avoid like the plague.

    WHERE'S HBO MAX?!

    Still no HBO max! LG needs to make a nanocell bigger than 86 inch where customers don't have to break the bank. This TV should be no more than $2100. The Sony 800H model shows better than this & it's $2199
