I do not know about the built-in audio as I have a Home Theater Audio Receiver hooked to it. Together, I get an amazing immersive experience.

The sound quality isnt the greatest so i grabbed a cheap sound bar and sub set up and im pretty pleased with it.

They checked everything to make sure it all worked before they left. Service people were helpful.

Shyheem/Najee making Valley Stream Best Buy good
