    TV started with a faint black line on screen. Slowly evovled into lines all over right side of screen. Called Best Buy. Directed to LG. Called LG, directed to Best Buy. Called Best Buy, directed to Geek Squad. Called Geek Squad, directed back to LG. LG said they wouldn't cover screen issues, directed me back to Geek Squad. 1.5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad they scheduled an appointment. Morning of the appointment, Dale the service tech calls and says he's not coming out because under a year its LG's problem. trying to reason with him I've been through this process going on hours now.. he directs me back to Geek Squad. NO higher contact. NO manager support. NO contact at an actual Best Buy. On hold with Geek Squad for another 1/2 hour to be told to call LG. Last product I'll buy at Best Buy. STILL not resolved.

    No magic remote only basic, banding was very noticeable but decent picture, returning it to get the nano version.

    3 stars because that’s how crappy the staff was when I picked up the TV. They are glued with me and mocked me because they thought it wouldn’t fit in a vehicle that it fit perfectly in. The cockiness and rudeness they showed. I’d say they’re lucky they only ran their mouths to my wife. Flint Best Buy is trash all because of their employees

    Problem TV. We got a lemon!! The sounds stops for about 5 seconds every 2 minutes. Have to many connect to internet dail multiple times with multiple failures to connect and NO service. Super frustrating. Had issues with other lg products as well super upset!
