I would select NA if it were an option as the television screen when powered was defective with several colored vertical lines to left side of screen and some horizontal blurring in lower part of screen- I cannot attach a value / quality to this television.

Multiple factory resets for various reasons… Close caption likes to regularly be on, even with the setting turned off. Picture is mid-quality. Sound isnt as good as you would think for a large TV. Need to invest in a sound system to get quality sound.

Picture looked fuzzy sounds was good. When you put it on sport you can see shadows on screen or (dirty screen) effect as they called it . Returned it for a samsung.

Well, this tv was purchased to play video games on. Turns out that using the app GeForce Now will freeze when loading the video games. When I called Geek Squad (I have the protection and tech service plan) for help, I was transferred to a man in another country who had no idea about playing video games on this tv. Unfortunately, he had no idea what he was talking about. At least I can watch movies on this thing but it's not what was intended. According to my research, there should be no problem using GeForce Now on this tv.

I’m in love with the size of the tv but I hate the legs I just don’t think it’s firm enough to hold the size TV. The TV is wobbly with the legs that it has.

TV was promising for the price. After setting up and mounting, I realized there was some backlight bleeding already around the edges. I thought I could ignore it but it was driving me crazy, especially at night when it was most visible. After googling I found this was normal for LG LED TVs. The black levels were not very good as well. You get what you pay for. If you want a tv in this price range then go with the TCL lineup. I returned and upgraded to a Samsung Neo 85in and awaiting for it to be delivered.

My husband wanted a 86 inch tv for a while now and we seen this online at a reasonable price. The picture quality isn’t the best and the volume is very low. I wouldn’t recommend.

The operating system on this TX is not compatible with several apps including DTv Stream. There is really no way to know that until you try to download it. Also, the picture is pretty dark and if a scene is dark or shadowy you lose a lot of what should be visible. To make it worse, due to circumstances of a difficult move we missed the return window by one day and so far, Best Buy is refusing any flexibility and exchanging this for an equivalent TCL that can run the DTv app. I have been a good BB customer and still need to buy about $5000 worth of electronics for my new home. As it stands right now, I'll spend it elsewhere.

Might be the worst picture I have ever owned, and that’s saying a lot. If its not in full HD (it being programming), then it just looks terrible. I have played with the settings over and over for over a month and It is just not good. I am a life time LG supporter. This may change that. Its just not good

I will NEVER buy an LG product EVER again. Ive owned Samsung TVs for forever. My wife liked the price and size, so we bought it. BIG mistake. It absolutely refuses to connect to devices automatically. Wont screen share. Menus are horrible.
