Last week 4/13/23 a delivery and set up was conducted. The 86" tv I purchased is not the tv that was hung on my wall; quite similar but I noticed the difference when I went to hook up my external electronics Sat 4/15. The tv I purchased has more inputs than the one that was delivered.

The edges were discolored which I’ve seen others report. The quality also wasn’t good as it was somewhat blurry. The size of the tv was nice especially for the price but that’s about it. Returned.

The lag in input 2, 3 and 4 in horrible. The backlighting reveals an inconsistent grid-like back light that is visible always. I have two of these tvs and both display a weird grid backlight.

I purchased this tv a few days ago and it was absolutely horrible. Bleeding and haloing was very prominent to the point where I couldn’t even concentrate on what I was actually watching. I exchanged it for the 86” UT75 version and couldn’t be happier.

Do not buy this piece of junk! Had it for 3:5 months and screen blew out! Finally got it approved after 2.5 months for replacement to find out they are now going to issue credit which will take another 2 weeks!!! Customer service sucks and just lost a customer. Never buying an LG ever again.

Stopped working after only 2 months. No longer powers on, past the Best Buy return date and LG can’t find anyone to repair the tv in my area. Too big to ship anywhere to repair. For $1,000+ tv I expect it to last, but this absolutely is ridiculous! Go with a different brand. Even off brands like Hisense and Vizo have lasted longer than this tv.

If hou prefer size over quality thats fine, this may be for you. We ultimately went with the Hisense mini led ULED7 75”. Better quality IMO but smaller size.

Not happy with purchase. Not happy with the lg interface. Doesn’t support directv stream which is the service I use for television. I doing want to use a streaming stick on a brand new tv. Interface is all over the place. I will more than likely return the television and stick what what I’ve always purchased which is Sony/Samsung.
