Brutal experience. I’ve been an LG loyalist for 10 years. I have. Sony TV sitting next to this TV. The Sony performs as you’d expect, click and it does what it is supposed to do. This LG is near worthless. So so so slow after a click. Sometimes it takes >2 minutes until the TV reacts. The last 20 TVs that I’ve bought, have been LG until this one, which pushed me to Sony. Do not buy this TV unless you have the patience of a sloth. If I good give this TV a zero, that would be higher than it deserves.

Couldn’t agree to terms because I couldn’t connect to the internet. Had to use my phone hotspot to connect then only after I did. That and called LG with them walking me through it I was able to connect and finish setup. Good tv overall

The pixels aren’t emitting much color during darker scenes and the with the brightness and backlight up still doesn’t help. So overall great TV but low quality picture. You get what you pay for indeed!
