    TV screen went black after 19 months of owning it. I have tvs in my house that I’ve had for 9 years so I am extremely disappointed in this TV. The estimate to fix is close to $300. Will never buy an LG tv again

    Bought this for my 65 year old brother Every HDMI connecions on thiw tv all of the sudden stopped working ! I tried everything through tech support. He borrowed a truck and a neighbor to load it up to take it back 40 miles to a Best buy. Then Best refuses to help him telling him to go home and call LG cause it was under warranty with them. Just gave him the phone number. We are members of the $200 a year total tech what ever. I thought this would cover it???? Why Am I paying $200 a year for protection if you are sending my 65 year old bother home with a tv he cant even lift alone that doesnt work. And telling him to call LG for a warrenty when I paid one though YOU!!! I will be canceling my policy and so will all my family members. You get a year wiht all brands almost if thats the case. I also wont buy another LG product. I have called them 5 TIMES and they hang up on you half way through the call. They aint tryin to help. They let you think they are helping then hang up so you have to cal back to sit for 20 mins to talk to someone. The live chat did the same thing !!!

    TV takes up to 10 minutes before uses app. remote doesn't offer TV input . Audio has a delay with tv speaker, soundbar using hdmi o optical. I buy this to replace my lg 70 that has 6 years and work that this one. I taking this one back to the store. Don't waste you time buying this tv.

    This is hands down the worst tv I've ever used. The apps take thier sweet time to load, sometimes 10 minutes despite me having gigabit internet. The tv is unresponsive sometimes. They force you to log into the LG app in order to download half of the apps and some of them they just redirect you to the login despite you already being logged in. Log in again and nothing happens, for example i can't download funimation or movies anywhere because the tv just says "log in to download" and then once you login nothing happens, it doesn't download or even return after login. Just gives you the option to delete your lg account which is tempting. I will be returning this for a tv that actually does what it's supposed to, like a Samsung. Don't waste your money and time on this garbage. This'll be the last time i give LG a try on anything electronic.

    Spoke with Deepu at Best Buy after being Transferred to her from another agent I was advised to call back tomorrow for assistance. I asked to have an email sent for someone to call me back the agent Deepu transferred me to another agent that refuses to have a supervisor assist me. I have been waiting for a supervisor and this agent Razor refuse to allow me to speak with a supervisor regarding the missing remote for the brand new TV I bought.

    Keeps disconnecting my gaming console from wifi

    I originally gave it 5 stars, but i should have waited a bit. The picture is cool or whatever, but it keeps disconnecting my ps5 from wifi. I never had this issue before and sometimes it takes me upwards of 30 minutes to get online. Even after that, it will keep disconnecting me from the servers. Even with an ethernet cord connected it still acts weird. Looked online and saw that this is a common issue with LG brand tvs for some years now. Pretty annoying. Wish i had done more research before. Definitely would have gone with the samsung that is an inch smaller for $100 more dollars had I known this. Smh
