    Nice TV but wasn't compatible with antennas.It would only get 5 channels .While all the other TV's would get 32 channels.Those TV's are Samsung brand. So this TV went back they said they would pick it up they never came. You cannot call the store and the people in India that run BB don't have a clue.Very difficult company to deal with.Will never shop here again..

    Well, this is a new record with TVs. My first Best Buy tv went out after like 5-6 years, my second one purchased 2-3 years ago went out after a year and a half (lucky me right after the warranty had ended), and now my new and probably final tv went out after 2 months. Needles to say I’m over buying TVs and wasting money when it seems they have reallly cheapened the quality of TVs nowadays. Really unhappy with my services over the last few years.

    Don’t like that it was not what I thought I was getting after two months of waiting for it to be delivered and dropped on camera so I had to return it in order to get a new tv and new installation date once again for the fourth time smh don’t think I will be referring anyone else to Best Buy unfortunately

    I purchased a samsung on 2/18 to be delivered on 2/20 not only did they have the wrong shipping address but they cancelled my order after processing the payment. This is the second time this has happened I will no longer do business with Best Buy. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

    Tv apps do not load in a timely manner. Upwards of 5-10 minutes to load, if at all. No ESPN app is a terrible feature. Returning this TV for a Samsung or Sony.

    Tv freezes exits out of apps and remote constantly draining battery. I bought tv 11/2023 an it’s 1/2024 and I have changed the batteries twice

    yes i liked the 86" idea but once i got home and tried LG beside my old 65" cheap tcl tv i prefer my old tv.. it has too much going on for nothing! hate it wish i could return

    this is a huge TV. I have had it for about a month and I love it. For the price this is awesome. I stream everything through a Xfinity device and it looks awesome. I went into the device to increase the resolution output and the TV looked even better. The built in speakers are very loud, so if you have a wife who doesn't want the surround sound on all the time, this TV is perfect.
