Ordered home delivery and they failed to deliver (because the delivery guy was calling the store instead of me). I couldn't be home for delivery during the week so we went and bought one off the floor only for them to tell me they couldn't cancel my delivery order for WEEKS! Took about a month to finally get my refund.
