    Hard to set up with internet. Couldn’t agree to terms because I couldn’t connect to the internet. Had to use my phone hotspot to connect then only after I did. That and called LG with them walking me through it I was able to connect and finish setup. Good tv overall

    The tv being an 86inch is nice but the picture quality isn’t great at all. The pixels aren’t emitting much color during darker scenes and the with the brightness and backlight up still doesn’t help. So overall great TV but low quality picture. You get what you pay for indeed!

    Horrible remote very unresponsive. 60hz display. Was sold the wrong tv the 120hz is the same price.

    TV screen went black after 19 months of owning it. I have tvs in my house that I’ve had for 9 years so I am extremely disappointed in this TV. The estimate to fix is close to $300. Will never buy an LG tv again

    Bought this for my 65 year old brother Every HDMI connecions on thiw tv all of the sudden stopped working ! I tried everything through tech support. He borrowed a truck and a neighbor to load it up to take it back 40 miles to a Best buy. Then Best refuses to help him telling him to go home and call LG cause it was under warranty with them. Just gave him the phone number. We are members of the $200 a year total tech what ever. I thought this would cover it???? Why Am I paying $200 a year for protection if you are sending my 65 year old bother home with a tv he cant even lift alone that doesnt work. And telling him to call LG for a warrenty when I paid one though YOU!!! I will be canceling my policy and so will all my family members. You get a year wiht all brands almost if thats the case. I also wont buy another LG product. I have called them 5 TIMES and they hang up on you half way through the call. They aint tryin to help. They let you think they are helping then hang up so you have to cal back to sit for 20 mins to talk to someone. The live chat did the same thing !!!
