Business is a Rip-Off!

Sent half the order (tv/mount) to do different addresses (over 600 miles apart) . Refund the tv price, reordered another tv to the right address . BUT when they charged me for the second tv it was more expensive I fought with the 800 customer service and got $98 refunded for them over charging compared to competitors . They put through a request to refund the difference they charged me. There was also a Labor Day special they emailed me for an extra $75 off. The 800 persons refused to honor that and told me i needed to go to a local store. Went to the boynton store, spoke with the customer service manager, showed him the email. He said he would request it and the differrnce i was charged would be refunded. And guess what, nothing has happened, been almost a month!! Gonna take this to another level!!

Made with inadequate WiFI components

Have to factory reset the tv to get it to connect and then it’s only for a few day then it does it again. Out of warranty, expensive repair to get the WiFi module replaced, not WiFi on a smart TV makes it useless

Not Good

Tried to install and set up, but TV was too slow. I had to click the romote 8 times before the cursor moved to the right or left before hitting enter. Finally had Geek Squad come out and they told me TV is defective and never saw anything like that. After some arguing, Best Buy replaced the TV. Had the installers set up the 2nd TV and same situation. Traded the LG for a Samsung and had no issues.

I thought it will be different.

I made a choice to a LG 86” but just when I unpacked, install and setup everything my screen experience was a shock I didn’t like to quality before I had a Sony TV so I immediately decided to go exchange it with. I literally don’t for someone who prefer this LG TV but my own was bad like first impression.

Do not buy

We will be streaming a movie and it will stop to buffer multiple times. There will also be times that I can’t get anything to load without resetting the tv. I had a Sony tv previously and did not have these issues. Lg support was contacted and advised us to factory reset the tv. Only a slight improvement.

LG only lasted 4 months!!!

Give me my refund on the defective return

The Best Buy delivery team agree and is was picked up by the Best Buy truck. They won't give me a refund on the defective TV. That is a bad almost illegal business practice.
