    I needed a Blu-ray later for my laptop and this was perfect. The install was a little complicated though.

    Is it possible to give a Zero? This product failed to recognize blu-rays after a couple of days of reading and only writing 3 blu-rays. LG Customer service wants to blame it on my computers, even though I have tried it on 5 different machines (3 MACs and 2 Windows). I owned the item less than 2 weeks before it would no longer read blu-rays. I contacted LG customer service for help and they continue to provide no assistance. I am still in contact with them. By the time all this transpired it was too late to return to Bestbuy. I will never by an LG product again due to poor customer service.

    It works good but sometimes does not like to eject the disk. You have unplug it and replug it in to eject the disc
