I bought it for my wife and she love it always watching it

Good value. Bought mainly to rip BluRays to my hard drive . I haven’t been able to actually play the discs on on my PC but the ripping has gone well .

Works great had no problems adding it to my computer...

I have used my disc drive extensively and it has never failed me. it is nice and light too.

Seeing that you cannot get a smaller laptop with an internal cd/dvd/Blu-ray player any longer, and one is necessary for my work I opted for this product. It seems to work well.

I have used this media player several times and it works as expected. It hasn't shown me anything special, but it hasn't done anything wrong either.

Best purchase ever, this helps us out in our ministry a lot, my son is our tech guy and he is able to make our DVD and CD very quickly. He uses his macbook with it

BEST BUY SLAES PEOPLE SAID THIS WAS THE BEST DRIVE THEY HAD AND THEY WERE RIGHT. I HAVE NOT TRIED TO BURN A BLUE RAY YET, BUT THE OTHER DRIVE BURNERS WORK FANTASTIC.

Works fine for reading discs so far. Haven't done any writing yet. A little expensive, but I wanted the ability to write Blu-ray just in case I wanted to at some point in the future.

Bought this to use with my new laptop. Works perfectly. Player/recorder software is included which was a plus for me. Software has some nice features, like display enhancers and zoom. Slim, sturdy built. Kept my movie going even while I dropped it on the floor from about 3 feet up. One word of caution: the supplied USB cable has a micro USB end that plugs into the player, and the other end is a dual USB (one USB-A for data, and a second USB-A for power supply). Therefore your computer, TV, etc must have 2 available USB ports, and one of them must supply power. I plug the data cable end into my USB 3.1, and using an adapter plug the power cable end into my USB-C and it works perfectly.

Great Bluray reader/writer. But for Mac users, theres no software included!

I would NOT recommend purchasing this device. It doesn’t play all BluRay discs that I tried in this thing. The one that was most disappointing was “Avatar”. At times, the device would speed up the video and audio, then it would just stop, and why not include skipping forward in the video. I tried working with it, involving the Best Buy tech and store manager. They went so far as to replace the unit….and NO, the disc was not scratched. The replacement unit was just as bad. So, I returned it, got my money back, and am now looking for a replacement product that actually works reliably.

I bought this Blu-Ray player to watch movies and it is great. I also burn Blu-rays, DVD's, and CD's. I have had it only a few weeks and have put dozens of discs through it. Works like a champ.

Excellent product for watching Blu-Ray or DVD movies on your PC or if you're in need of a disc drive on any new PC.

Perfect little player. Connected to my iMac no problem. Bought it to convert my collection to Vudu. Read the Blu-rays fine, better than Vudu could read them.

This player works flawlessly with provided software. Plays Blue ray videos well. Runs quietly. I have not used all write functions as of yet but it burns cd's without difficulty. Operates as expected.
