    Very easy to set up. Almost plug and play. I am not sure if I even need to download the software for it to work. It feels well build and sturdy not flimsy plastic material. It reads and writes CDs at decent speed.

    It works very well very smooth.Was able to download the proper software for my printer and is very clear when reading disk , especially for spiderman three

    Product is good...does as expected. It hooks up through usb so it is easy to hook up and use from the get go. Once it is hooked up, your computer literally does the rest of the work...it downloads that little program it need to run and everything is done! The product is much like a laptop cd-rom. You click the little button, the tray comes out, you snap in the cd, and done!

    Bought this external DVD drive when it was on sale. It is a great external drive for any computer, now that most laptops to not come with one. I highly recommend this if an external DVD drive or DVD writer is needed.
