A Great Convenience

But, every once in a while making, or using, a DVD is necessary. It spends most of it's life in my desk drawer, but the price was right, and the convenience of being able to read or write a DVD is well worth the cost.

Great item for tablets!

I was able to play a DVD on it on my tablet with the other item I purchased. It worked well on my tablet, which is what I purchased this item for. I don't need a DVD player very often, but this worked.

Great for Mac

It’s slow just like any other optical media. If for some reason you still need an optical drive this is a good choice. Works with windows and Mac. Better than the Apple SuperDrive
