Great size, decent performance

I like that it has a microUSB connector rather than the miniUSB my older portable drives have, making it more compatible with the cables I typically carry in my bag. Performance is OK, but a few of my other drives are noticeably faster (even though they are older). Not a big deal for me because the price of this drive was quite reasonable when I bought it on sale.

Plays DVD's & CD's

Since most, if not all of the better SSD laptops no longer include a disk drive - it's necessary if you still have physical media you would like to access. Build quality seems average not stellar but not extremely cheap either. It works, if you do not need blu-ray for your tablet/laptop buy this. I believe it also writes CD's & DVD's.

Very functional

Just a real functional LG external USB DVD/RW/CD-RW Drive. Plays movies. Plays CDs. and DVDs. It copies/burns software or whatever you wish to burn. Can't speak on it's durability since it's just been a few weeks of use. Will update on that in about 12 to 18 months later. But for now, a definite recommend.

Good Supplement
