Gets the Job Done

My gaming computer does not have a disk drive or the possibility of putting one in so this made it possible for me to play disk games and watch movies. The only downside is that the cable it comes with is a little short.

More storage

I have a bad habit of crashing my computer and losing everything. Now I don't have to worry about that. I simply back everything up on this external hard drive. And I will always have them. Easy to use - a simple plugin and transfer your data or look at what you have saved.

Quick Fix for dvd problems

Solved the problem easily. Since then, I took my laptop in to the Geek Squad (on my Geek Squad service agreement), when they cleaned the computer (keys were sticking), they also got the original DVD drive working again.

Great portable drive!

Bought this fill such a need and it didn't disappoint me. Used it to install software on a new computer and it works flawlessly. Truly plug and play.

Resolved CD/DVD issues with computer.

Fortunately, I was able to continue making custom music CDs with this external player and soften my disdain for my computer manufacturer.

Just works

Does what it is designed to do very well with very little experience anyone should be able to use this device. I bought it out of necessity as my new laptop did not have an internal drive and this one is very portable with my laptop in my laptop bag.
