This product works so well with my laptop when I want to watch a DVD movie or listen to a music CD. So glad I purchased this item.

This little baby burned songs with no problems. I pulled out my old music CDs that haven't played forever and was able to successfully burn some of them that were badly scratched. It was about a 90% success rate with the horribly scratched ones being able to still burn. CDs that would never ever play in my car, or on any other CD players anymore! Now I can relive old memories hearing these old songs/deep cuts that I haven't heard forever, while riding my motorcycle! I burned close to 1,000 songs from about 150-200 CDs successfully. I highly recommend this CD burner!

I needed a replacement for a drive that just wore out. So far this LG drive fits the bill. I mainly use it for archiving my old music CD collection. Everything works as advertised, and does not need any additional power connections - a welcome feature over the one it replaced.

I bought this for my grandma new laptop but the laptop already had a cd drive in it. Which was awesome because most laptops and desk tops don't come with a drive anymore. I got this so she can watch her dvd movies on her laptop. she didn't need it so we keep it as a back up

This is the second version of this drive I have purchased. The only reason I needed a new one was because I had just upgraded to a new computer and the old version wasn’t compatible. These are so easy to use. Pretty much just plug in and go about your business. Couldn’t get much simpler.

I just wanted a drive to plug and play. That’s exactly what the LG USB DVD did for me. I was more than pleased.

This product was perfect for my needs. I had just purchased my new laptop that did not come with a burner and "boom" I found this. Even the color was a perfect match and check this out family Best Buy matched Walmart's price which was cheaper. Heck I love my Best Buy!

I love this external disk drive because it was compatible with my machines. Automatically found all the drivers it needed when I plugged it in, out of the box! It does vibrate a little bit, but you can minimize that by reducing the RW speed or by setting it on a pad of paper. Well worth the cost.

Great external drive. The Plug N Play setup was easy as they come and didn't take long at all. The drive reads at a decent speed and doesn't use a lot of system memory or resources. A great buy!

It just plugged into my new computer & I was able to download & install programs to new computer without CD/DVD drive.

Never used this product. My father told me that his DVD player was not working. I bought this just in case that was true - it was not. I returned this product the next day.
