No special software, no unwieldy manual, no PDFs - just plug it in and go. Love it!

I am actually glad that it didn't for an external one is a lot handier to access on my desk. Seems to work very well. Plays movies with no hesitation & has a quick RW ability.

Super easy to use, plug and go. I use it for burning movies to DVDs and Burning files off of store bought movies. Easy to grab and go.

This external drive allows you to be "old school" and take the same information and upload it to a CD reader. Simple concept and you control the documentation. It might be old school, but it allows you to keep information in your possession.

There is a great feature that comes with this drive is you can connect to your smart tv USB input and watch the contents, picture or video directly on tv. Cable is short and no separate power required
