LG - 8x External USB Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive It connects with a micro USB cord. I can add movies and music from my disc collection to the laptop that doesn't have a drive.

Bought this for my son who has a new computer with internal CD-Rom... He loves it; he has so many CDs and he really wanted to be able to just upload them rather than search and download hundreds of his favorite songs.

Tiny Drive that saves my life. I have a MacBook Pro and it does not let me play any cd on it. I love the item and the price. Overall, does a great job for a great price.

The software that came with it was not acceptable. I had to download a free software program to run it with my computer. Once I did this it worked well.

Great External USB DVD/CD drive! I use it with my devices to be able to install new software or to store pictures and other documents!

It works just as I hoped it would. It takes care of all the things my old heavy laptop's built-in CD drive did. So when needed, its a nice addition to my new light weight, easy travel, Lenovo hard disk laptop.

This works as I had hoped it would the store personnel helped me out in the area of what would work for my laptop so thank you for that also and price of this handy device was great !!

This product has done great for what it was purchased for. It has simple instructions which always makes it easier for me to get everything out of the product.

You can use several versions of DVD blanks and RW discs as well.

Easy to use. And its good to have around. I didn't think i would use it as much as i have.

I needed a USB DVD player since computers don't come standard with them anymore and this worked perfectly! No software to install (MAC) and it worked immediately upon plugging in an inserting the DVD. No problems at all!

It did what I wanted it for: Use old DVDs in my laptop, which has no DVD drive. I haven’t yet tried the “Write“ function, so my rating does not include that. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

I would have given this product a 5 star review but the software that came with it doesn't have the ability to read some of the files that I use. I have had to load a program that will do what I need to do. Other than that, it is a good product.

This has worked great. We just plugged it in to the computer and it was ready to go. My wife uses it to watch movies or listed to CD's.

This is a good, inexpensive way to add backup storage and burn CDs. I was surprised at the ease of installation.

The PC I built did not have an internal drive, and needed a disc drive for some software downloads. The device works great and was instantly recognized by the computer. It's very thin and unobtrusive.

If you needs a disc drive, this one connects easily and works great. It does help to have a backup disc drive.

Screen is smaller than my last one, but the picture is so defined and clear , it's not and issue. It's very thin, lightweight, easy to carry. Battery lasts surprisingly long. Best laptop I've ever owned.

I would highly recommend this CD reader. It is easy to use and reads all sorts of formats. This was also on sale at the time of purchase so it was definitely worth it.
