I did have some difficulty in getting to the point where it would work at all but I think hat that was due to my own ineptitude at downloading the appropriate apps from the CD Disc!

We got disconnected due to our poor service area, through no fault of his own, but he was able to give me enough information that I feel confident I can get what I need at the store. Thanks Gulshan!
