Love this little cd/dvd player, its slim and compact and easy to use.

I can finally watch my home movies, music CDs and regular movies in my computer. Great product and value.

Very happy with the way it works great for the price

The DVD drive on my computer quit working. I have tons of CDs and DVDs that I had developed when I was still using film, and then after when I went to a digital camera. I needed to transfer these to my computer so I can make photo books. I went to Best Buy, explained my need to the agent, and was brought right to the correct area. In no time I had checked out, was at home, and transferring photos from CDs and DVDs to my computer. Than you, Best Buy!

Really works well. Easy to use. Stands up to abuse

Works great. My Dell XPS 13 doesn't have an internal CD player and this small external one works great. I had to get an adapter as it is set up for standard USB portal, which the XPS 13 doesn't have. It has the new C port.

Can't believe I spent $70 for an Apple DVD USB player...granted it was several years ago but the LG one was SO much cheaper and it works EXACTLY the same! Super worth, especially with thin laptops now that don't have USB ports.

Since Laptops, etc are not being shipped with CD-RW drives anymore, this is the perfect choice for a number of reasons. I have mine on an external USB 4-port and it works great.

Perfect for installing old pc games and watching dvds

I got this when it was on sale for 25$ when I recently built my new computer I was under the impression that most new towers have to slot for disk drives lol. Simple pop out of the box plug in and boom your set

Great deal on a great product. Not only do laptops not come with optical drives anymore, most desktop cases don't allow for them either. I was using old laptops and desktops just to move data to my server. This has made it easier to convert my movies into my personal streaming service. The old stuff was working but it was on old hardware so it was much slower. Now, my whole collection is done.

This is a nice player. I had no problems with it or the use of it. It works off USB power without a hitch. I have burned disk with it and it did so flawlessly. It is a great little product.

My new laptop came without a DVD drive and, since I have several programs in that format, I decided to get one that wasn't too expensive since I wouldn't use it that much. It did what I needed it to do and I might use it to burn a video or two in the future.

We bought LG - 8x External USB Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive - Black last month and my husband finds it's been very useful for his work. He has some old CD's but we recently bought a new laptop that does not come with a CR Rom. So this helps a lot

Easy to attach and use with viziobook. Needed to view medical cds.

Neededto use a disc to do my taxes and new laptop has no drive. This hooked up easily and ran without alot of work...no searching for drives or downloading from websites.

Glad to find this item. I still have a lot of older technology and it’s nice to have a spare plug and play dvd player.
