Possibly due to the files, it seems a bit slow in opening. It could be my software on the other end however. No issue with the device. Easy to connect to my computer docking station.

Great external CD/DVD drive

Works well with my 2016 iMac

This LG was a plug n play with my iMac. Seems a little cheap, plastic, and is why I gave it a 4.
