Great accessory for a new all-in-one PC.

I could have spent more for a unit that played Blu-ray, but why? I have a big screen for that. The LG drive works great, just like the Best Buy rep told me it would.

It reads and writes CD's at a reasonable speed. It is reliable and has a small form factor. As an 8x External CDROM reader it fits easily on any desk with a computer.

Anyway, chatted awhile the. Said the needed to send me a form to fill out and get my cc # as there was a $5 charge. My techi neighbor the pm came over and saw that we needed another “connector” at an additional cost of $23 So, now debating whether to keep it or return and get a dvd player.

I am careful to protect it from drops or stress. Since I don't plan to travel with it I think it will be fine.
