Works quickly and quietly. 4 instead of 5 because I had to purchase a Y splitter to make sure the drive got enough power to hit max read/write speed.

Good DVD player for laptop

I have attached it to an HP Spectre laptop and use the "Any Media Player" application to play the DVDs.

Inexpensive way add a CD/DVD to your laptop!

I don’t need one very often, therefore the external drive I purchased fulfills my need extremely well while also being very reasonably priced.

Drive to go with dell laptop

It works fine for what I bought it for. I have not recorded anything with it.

This worked fine for me, right out of the box. I had another optical drive but the computer didn’t always recognize it. So far this has been great
