excellent dvd double layer external drive

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Dating back to cpm computers with various drives to transfer data, this is like today's equilvalent to the old floppy disks to transfer data with. I had a laptop with no cd dvd drive and used this to transfer files with. Worked like a charm and I transfered several files to another computer with no hickups at all. Of course this drives holds gigabytes of data as opposed to the old floppy disks. But the process of transferring data was basically the same. I highly recommend for any laptop that does not have an optical drive.

Good DVD Drive

Did exactly what I expected to do
